PROPOSAL ADMIN

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Checking daily website sources for new tender opportunities.
  2. Regularly checking email hds@hafar.com and distribute to the proposal team for incoming correspondences from client related to tender participation and registration process.
  3. Interpret Tender Requirements and understand methods of compiling tender documents.
  4. Assisting Proposal Team in compiling administrative, technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements (both hard and soft copies)
  5. Assist with production of final bid documents and arrangements to supply these documents to the customer within defined tender deadlines
  6. Ensure bid and proposal WORD documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner. 
  7. Upto date maintenance of all Company Licenses / Permits required to be submitted as part of Tender documents.
  8. Handling the e-procurement registration through website for future vendor partnership requisition from Clients. 
  9. Maintaining central register of all tenders being submitted and outcomes of these.
  10. Maintaining all Passwords and User Names/IDs for e-procurement system in Client’s website are properly recorded, updated and valid.
  11. Perform office administrative tasks (project documents, archives, distribution, control, before, after and during the tender process)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Educational background is minimum of Diploma degree in any discipline
  2. Age between 25 -35 years old is preferable  
  3. Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS software particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe.
  4. Previous experience of at least 2 years providing administrative support, ideally in proposal/tender departments.
  5. Able to response to instructions and work tasks logically and effectively.
  6. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  7. Able to work within tight timeline.

Project Control Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Setting up project controls systems, workflows, communications, reporting and reporting tools
  2. Establish Cost and Work Breakdown Structures.
  3. Distribute Project Budget into appropriate Work Breakdown Structures.
  4. Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and maintain updated final project forecasts and expenditure forecasts.
  5. Proactively reports to management when forecasted costs exceed the approved budget.
  6. Highlight risks and opportunities
  7. Prepare Monthly Project Control/Cost Reports, forecast accurate Project Completion Cost.
  8. Supports the Management of Change process to identify and record all scope changes and the impact on cost, schedule and quality.
  9. Verification of Vendor / Subcontractor invoices for billing accuracy.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree Qualified in an engineering, construction related field
  2. Well versed in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe, MS Project and Primavera 6
  3. 5 years of experience in project control functions within Oil and Gas industry
  4. Willing to work in flexible time (if required)
